Who We Are?

Our Mission

Back in the mid 2000’s, we started with a small herd of Boer Goats.  After about 2 seasons of breeding, and a lot of work maintaining their health, we decided to find a breed of goat that is hardy, not as susceptible to parasites, and able to kid with little assistance.  After some research we turned our focus towards the Spanish breed.   These goats were originally brought to America with the early explorers.  Through natural selection over the years, pure spanish goats are able to survive and thrive where other goats cant.

Kiko Goats are also known for being very hardy.  We acquired 6 original “registered” Kiko goats and have since crossed them with the Spanish breed.  The end result is a SPANIKO (spanish and Kiko) cross.

Records Matter

Trying to keep the 2 breeds pure and crossing them from time to time requires good record keeping.

We keep a spreadsheet of every goat.   Their age, sire, dam, and bloodline.  We also keep records of significant events, medicines given, and kidding details

Our Core Values

To raise excellent goats for herd replacement, and market.

  • Preserve the Spanish Bloodlines
  • Selection for better Genetics
  • Sustaining Agri Business
